The Competition This year's Great Annual Stanford Energy Bowl and Water Derby's theme is "Do It in the Dark" and the name of the game is conservation. The dorm that reduces its energy and water consumption by the largest percentage from the same period last year will receive the coveted Energy Bowl and Water Derby trophy and the chance to defend their title next year. As well, each participating member of the dorm will receive a limited edition, Great Annual Stanford Energy Bowl and Water Derby, Champions 2005 thermos |
that will make all of your friends jealous and will get you a discount at the CoHo, Jamba Juice, and elsewhere. The competition is between FloMo, Roble, Lagunita, Wilbur, Stern, and Governors corner/FroSoCo and will run from April 1st, 2005 until May 27th, 2005. The standings will be announced half-way through the competition, so theres no slacking off! Follow the tips on the Energy and Water Conservation Tips Sheet and make sure that everyone in your dorm complex is playing along! |
