o There are 4 tables and 4 chairs for use in tresidder; get there early with your ID
· If you want to organize a speaker event, I suggest working either with Woods Institute, ELS, or another large group. There are lots of events during this week and you don’t want ours to get lost in the crowd.
· Create E-Flyer and send it out at least a week in advanced.
-For the sound system, we borrowed Synergy's, which required a deposit of $1300, and is pretty easy to figure out, but is heavy. Also, the mixer should not be out in the sun for a while.

Day of the Event:
· Get there ½ hour early to set up tables, chairs, and stereo
o Have groups also come then
o Set up in an arc near grass so that you have a presence but aren’t hindering anything
· Have an/two emcee(s) to hold the show together and introduce acts
· Other activities: recycled art, calculate ecological footprint, free food, individual projects (let people in sustainability come up with something!)
· For best results, keep it simple and fun and hope for sun!
