Governance for Risk, Resilience, and Recovery (GR3)
The GR3 program aims to rethink and transform how the risks of climate volatility such as extreme weather events are assessed, governed, and managed across planning, adaptation, resilience, response, and recovery stages.
We work in deep collaboration with policymakers, decision-makers, community and industry leaders to co-create research questions, develop new insights, and co-develop evidence-based solutions that are impactful, actionable, and scalable.
Governance
Governance refers to the institutional set up, rules, regulations, processes, and policies through which a system is managed. This encompasses government entities, private and public enterprises, and the broad spectrum of civil society and non-governmental actors.
