Belinda Saint-Louis

My name is Belinda and I am a Geophysics MS student working with Dr. Jenny Suckale. I grew up on Long Island, NY but I am originally from Haiti. I attended undergrad at Bowdoin College where I majored in Earth & Oceanographic studies and Physics. At Bowdoin my research addressed oceans problems like the Gulf Maine acidification due to C02. Now, in Stanford's Geophysics department, my research focuses on water processes with a modeling aspect. During the last two years at Stanford, I have served as a program assistant and mentor for the SURGE NSF REU program and will be helping the Doerr School DEI office this year as a student coordinator.
